What are we looking for: Reporting to the Manager Compliance & Financial Reporting, the Accounting Associate is responsible to process all invoices in a timely manner as well as to ensure that all invoices are properly approved and accurately recorded to the appropriate GL accounts. What will you be doing: Processing of all Inventory and non-inventory invoices, including matching backup and filing backup doc. Verify that transactions are in alignment with company procedures. Coding of Invoices – ensures appropriate GL codes are used. Review of PO accrual
