tailored around Associate wellness The Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring work is dispatched in a timely and efficient manner to all Technicians, to ensure shop productivity is at optimal levels. Dispatch work to the service technicians in order to maximize shop production and efficiency. Open, dispatch, and invoice new car PDI work orders.

Assist Service

Advisors with invoicing. Handle customers inquiries promptly and accurately, listen to vehicle concerns and write repair orders. Other duties may be assigned at the direction of the Service Manager. Work to improve dealership CSI and general customer satisfaction in accordance with OpenRoad’s philosophies, policies and procedures.

Must follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor. Basic technical knowledge of vehicles to determine proper job allocation. We are an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity.
