Job OverviewAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Construction Coordinator in the oil & gas sector in Edmonton, Alberta.Compensation & DurationHourly: $49.00 - $69.00. Contract: 3 months. 5 days on / 2 days off.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction Management:Adherence to all safety programs and support on‑site EH&S; management.Support construction team in performing tasks related to execution and site indirects.Interface Management: review Stakeholder Management Plan, RASCI and Project Integration Plan.Learn to use Construction Power BI tool.Use a continuous improvement mindset for construction planning and execution through lessons learned or other processes.Prepare daily construction reports.Develop and model an understanding of CM responsibilities: support Project Management, Project Controls, Progress Reporting, Productivity improvement, Supply Chain Management, Regulatory compliance, Quality Management and Risk Management.Makes decisions and recommendations within authorized limits prescribed by supervisor or policy.Construction Planning:Understand contractor onboarding plans; understand the CMP and CEP, including Construction Management Organization, Work Packaging, Advanced Planning,



Workface Planning, Path of Construction, and Performance Enhancement Programs in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Quality and Monitoring.QualificationsQualified technical professional or 4th year apprentice in a specific discipline with 6‑8 years of experience in a heavy industrial construction setting, or related university degree with 4‑7 years of project field work experience.Previous experience working for an Oil and Gas Owner/Operator preferred.Possession of or working toward P. Eng. and/or PMP or Construction Management certification is considered an asset.Understand construction disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and how they work together.Understand the required execution documents (Construction Work Packages, drawings, execution plans, etc.) and ensure information is complete and accurate.Supports cross‑functional project teams to safely, reliably, cost effectively and efficiently execute project scope.Application StatusThis posting is for an active opening.#J-18808-Ljbffr
