Job SummaryLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) desired for the Lily Lee Community Health Centre within the Groundspring Mental Health team, Vancouver, BC. The role offers a client and family‑centred framework and continuum‑based care model, with a focus on Indigenous Cultural Safety, cultural humility, and anti‑racism principles.ResponsibilitiesPerform practical nursing functions for clients with stable or predictable health states within the designated care area, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of client care.Provide direct support to clients and their families, collaborating with the inter‑professional care team.Participate in a team nursing approach with a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RN/RPN) when caring for clients with unpredictable outcomes or higher acuity.Maintain and advance clinical competence as required by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice for LPNs.QualificationsGraduated from a recognized Practical Nurse program.Completed additional education where mental health and/or substance use were primary diagnoses, as outlined by the BCCNM or equivalent training.Current practising registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the BCCNM.Valid B.C. Driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle for business‑related purposes (including client accompaniment).Knowledge,
