We specialize in Clover POS, integrated payment solutions, and outstanding customer service that helps merchants grow.We're looking for a POS Installation & Demo SpecialistPosition SummaryAs a POS Installation & Demo Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, demonstrating, and supportingPOS systems and related solutions.Experience in working with Clover POS would be an asset.You'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding experience—from product demonstration and system configuration to installation, staff training, and go-live support. This position is on site in our Peel street office.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure Clover and all POS hardware, peripherals, and related equipmentSet up merchant menus, inventory, taxes, tips, employee roles, and system settingsDeliver engaging and informative product demonstrations, both in-person and virtuallyTrain merchant owners, managers, and staff on POS functionality and best practicesTroubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issuesWork closely with Sales and Operations to coordinate successful merchant installationsDocument installations, configurations, training,
