As a Sr. SAP EAM Lead (M&M), you will be part of the Enterprise Asset Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Sr. SAP EAM Lead (M&M)Location: Vancouver, BC - Work is hybridPay Range: $115 to $125hr - Incorporated + HSTContract Duration: 12 months What's the Job?Lead and support SAP EAM implementations within the Metals & Mining sector, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Configure and optimize SAP EAM modules, including asset lifecycle management, to improve operational efficiency.Support data migration activities and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and legacy systems.Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori apps for EAM and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What's Needed?Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP EAM, with proven leadership roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Lead, or EAM Lead.Extensive experience in the Mining & Metals industry, with hands-on involvement in at least three full cycle S/4HANA implementations focusing on EAM.Solid expertise in EAM configuration, RSH scheduling,
