The Driver

Recruiter and Safety Coordinator will engage in full-cycle recruitment for Class 1/CDL drivers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. You will collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Compliance teams to create a positive driving culture within the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Class 1/CDL drivers
- Verify driver qualifications and necessary documentation




- Conduct orientations and safety training for new hires
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Facilitate safety meetings and initiatives for driver welfare Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in transportation safety or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Experience in driver training and road evaluations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
