We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Educator with specialized skills in French language instruction to join our vibrant team. This paid position offers an exciting chance to foster bilingual development, support inclusive education, and create engaging learning experiences for young children. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, leadership, and a commitment to nurturing each child's potential through innovative teaching practices.

The successful candidate will be willing to commute between the three campuses providing the French program.

Duties

- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that integrate French language instruction into daily routines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse needs and abilities.
- Support children's social-emotional development by encouraging independence, cooperation, and self-confidence.




- Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress and tailor educational approaches to individual needs.
- Use effective communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback to children, parents, and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities using computer systems.
- Lead classroom management with strong organizational skills to ensure a safe, structured, and stimulating environment.

Skills
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of childcare principles, special education strategies, and inclusive teaching practices.
- Strong classroom experience with the ability to manage time effectively and lead activities confidently.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities along with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional writing skills for documentation and parent correspondence.
