- Manage recruitment presentations at campuses across Canada
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple geographies
- Plan and execute events and conferences for university outreach
- Assess candidates through interviews and screenings
- Track candidate data and leverage HR technologies Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent attraction
- Solid understanding of HR management practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
