In this vital role, you will create reliable 3D models, identify grading conflicts, and perform material quantity takeoffs. Your work will directly support estimators and project managers, contributing to accurate bidding and construction strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Build high-accuracy 3D earthworks models from 2D drawings
- Generate cut/fill maps and material quantities for estimating
- Create comparison surfaces for bid preparation




- Identify grading conflicts in consultant drawings
- Produce visualizations and reports to support submissions Requirements:
- 10+ years in earthworks modelling or civil construction estimating
- Proficient in Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, and Excel
