This role is responsible for helping stakeholders adopt new SAP solutions, improving business readiness, and sustaining long-term value through practical, data-driven,



and AI-enabled adoption strategies. Acting as a key bridge between business, IT, and end users, the Business Readiness Lead ensures solutions are understood, tested, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of end-to-end change and adoption strategies aligned to SAP Activate and Syntax delivery approaches.Perform stakeholder and change impact analyses to identify adoption risks and design targeted interventions.Partner with customers and internal teams to update change management plans based on business impact and readiness findings.Design and manage digital adoption campaigns using tools such as Walk Me or similar platforms, including guided walkthroughs, smart tips, onboarding flows, task lists, and in-app communications.Use adoption dashboards and analytics to measure user engagement, proficiency, and process completion rates.Collaborate with SAP Functional Leads, business process owners, and subject matter experts to ensure guidance reflects real business processes.Develop communication strategies that support stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.Coach sponsors, project leaders, and change agents to actively support transformation and user adoption.Facilitate knowledge
