Location : Stratford, ON Salary : $24.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Evening Start date : Starts as soon as possible Overview : Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience : 2 years to less than 3 years Responsibilities : Check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld, or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products Investigate problems to fix or make minor repairs Lay out, set up,



and operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machines Select and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables Qualifications : Forklift Operator Certification Experience and specialization : Equipment and machinery experience: Brakes, Lifting device, Overhead crane, Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines Metal forming or shaping operations experience: Forming Additional information: Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots Personal suitability: Judgement, Organized Who can apply to this job?
