Productions, you will report to the Accounting Lead and work alongside the Fractional CFO to ensure the fiscal health of the company.
This position demands expertise in areas like payroll, month-end closing, and financial controls while fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency. Your analytical skills will be essential in maintaining data integrity and informing financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Execute monthly close activities and financial record reviews
- Ensure audit readiness through integrity of accounting systems
- Complete tax filings and manage compliance obligations accurately
- Implement process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities Requirements:
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
