The RN will serve as the first line of communication for patients, coordinate care, and administer treatments such as chemotherapy.Employment DetailsEmployment Status: Part TimeLocation: Hennick Humber Hospital (formerly Wilson Site)Reporting Relationship: Clinical Manager, OncologyHourly Rate: $41.15 – $58.98Hours: Must work 8‑ or 12‑hour rotating shifts – Days, Evenings, Nights, WeekendsEmployee Group: ONAPosition ResponsibilitiesAdministration of chemotherapy (teaching and certification provided by the hospital).Care planning and coordination of care with various team members.Utilization of computerized systems for documentation of patient care.Participation in project teams or hospital committees as required.Resource/team leader responsibilities.Preceptorship of nursing students and mentorship of new nursing staff.QualificationsCurrent RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.Current BCLS certification.CNA certification in Oncology Nursing preferred.Current DeSouza course in Oncology Foundations, preferred.Current DeSouza Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy,
