Including but not limited to...Oversee stockroom organization, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage practices to maximize space utilization for better operational flowMonitor stock replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize shrink through proactive loss prevention measuresPerform regular stock counts and thorough audits to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepanciesEnsure store staff adheres and follows standard operating procedures and company policies, maintaining a smooth and compliant work environmentSupport the execution of store promotions, pricing updates, and upholding visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive salesLead, train,
