As DWI Group grows and transitions into larger project delivery roles, company-provided software and technology resources may be introduced.COMPENSATION STRUCTUREThis position is initially structured as a flexible part-time contract role supporting proposal development, project pursuits, business development, and early-stage project execution. Compensation will be based on an hourly or project-specific contract arrangement. Candidates are expected to operate as independent professionals and maintain their own professional software, hardware, insurance (if applicable), and technical resources.
