- Ensure the quality and integrity of employee benefits data

- Make recommendations for process improvements
- Interpret and validate collective agreements
- Support business decision-making with analytical insights Requirements:
- 5+ years in benefits and pension administration
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources
- Certification in employee pensions/benefits preferred
