Karis Disability Services seeks a Workplace Relations Specialist to guide employee engagement and healthy workplace practices across districts. You will support the Employee Engagement Representatives, lead district events, and manage Health and Safety Council activities in Nepean and travel to programs as needed.

Requirements include a college diploma in HR or related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
