You will facilitate programs tailored to individual interests, ensuring everyone feels included and connected in the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Engage Life programs and develop personalized service plans
- Offer diverse recreational activities with sufficient supervision
- Facilitate fitness programs and proper equipment use




- Greet new residents and integrate them into community activities
- Maintain a creative and organized monthly program calendar Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1-2 years related experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Proficient in technology and office equipment
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory vehicle policy compliance
- Ability to motivate and engage residents in programs Excel in resident engagement and program facilitation with Atria Senior Living.
