- Plan and implement daily recreation and leisure activities
- Create engaging environments that promote participation




- Develop communication with residents, families, and volunteers
- Document and report changes in resident activity participation
- Evaluate and improve recreation programs continuously Requirements:
- Experience with seniors in a long-term care setting
- Diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies
- Must be enrolled in an applicable program
- Health care related degree with recreation skills
