This is a hands‐on recruitment role focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management within an engineering‐driven, project‐based setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trade roles across the organization, including engineering (project, controls, design), manufacturing and quality, project management, sales & applications, and assembly/machine shop functions, as well as skilled trades (e.G., machinists, millwrights, electricians, technicians)Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and candidate profilesDraft and post job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platformsProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals,



and targeted search strategiesReview resumes and conduct technical screening interviewsCoordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and technical teamsPresent qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendationsMaintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processTrack requisitions, recruitment activity, and hiring metricsContinuously improve sourcing and screening approaches as hiring needs evolveRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of proven success recruiting technical rolesExperience recruiting within engineering, automation, manufacturing, or skilled trades environmentsStrong technical screening capability and ability to assess candidate fit beyond resumesAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‐paced settingFamiliarity with Canadian technical labour marketsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder‐management skillsSalary Range: $70,000-$85,000This job posting is for an active, existing vacancy within our organization.
