This role will support a transformative transit infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering this complex undertaking through collaboration and a best-for-project vision.Acting as the designated Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Specialist, providing technical expertise on hazardous energy control and equipment isolation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining LOTO procedures, conducting compliance reviews, and training personnel to ensure safe work practices and regulatory compliance.Your roleImplement the project's LOTO procedures.Review and approve complex LOTO plans when required.Conduct audits to verify compliance with LOTO processes.Deliver LOTO training to project personnel.Coordinate permits and high-risk work activities among multiple groups.Participate in construction and commissioning permit meetings.Verify risk mitigation measures and secure work execution.About YouDegree in Electrical Engineering OR Red Seal Electrical Journeyman certification (or equivalent related qualification).Experience in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) management during construction and commissioning phases of projects.Experience in rail, energy,
