Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Managed Services Practice as an ERP Application Support Analyst, Sage Intacct, where you will work handsâon with Sage Intacct environments, support a diverse client base, and develop the technical and functional skills needed to grow into a Sage Intacct specialist or consulting role. This role focuses on frontâline and intermediate ERP support, with exposure to escalation, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives. We are open to candidates from ERP, accounting systems, financial applications, or application support backgrounds who are motivated to grow their Sage Intacct expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 1–2 application support for Sage Intacct ERP environments

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to accounting workflows, system configuration, and application behaviour

- Assess issues accurately, document findings, and resolve or escalate as appropriate

- Deliver a strong client experience through phone and digital support channels

- Collaborate with senior analysts and specialists on complex or recurring issues

- Perform rootâcause analysis and contribute to knownâerror and problem documentation

- Follow established service standards (incident, request,



and change processes) within a multiâclient managed services environment

- Contribute ideas that improve processes, service quality, and client outcomes

Skills and Experience:

- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, financial, or business applications, ideally in a clientâfacing environment

- Handsâon experience with Sage Intacct and a solid understanding of core accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)

- Solid communication and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, nonâtechnical terms

- Customerâfocused, collaborative team player able to work effectively with Tier 2/3 and operations teams

- Wellâorganized, detailâoriented, and comfortable working in a managed services environment with time tracking and documentation

- Motivated to grow into a Sage Intacct specialist role

- Sage Intacct, ITIL, Microsoft 365, and accounting/finance certifications are preferred assets

- Bilingual French is a strong asset

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
