What You’ll Do

- Prepare Detailed Estimates: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for projects— using rough high-level concepts to fully detailed drawings to come up with the cost estimates —accounting for all relevant materials, methods, and finishes (e.g., millwork, metal, acrylic, lighting, etc.).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Design, Detailing, and Production teams to determine the best build methodologies and clarify job requirements.
- Research & Document: Stay updated on new materials and build techniques, documenting key insights to refine your estimates.
- Prioritize Work: Balance multiple projects by prioritizing estimates based on due dates and project needs.
- Review & Improve:

Analyze completed jobs to gather learnings on how close the estimates were to actuals and apply feedback to future estimates.
- Drive Efficiency: Look for opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Estimating, or a related field is preferred.

· Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Creative in identifying cost-saving opportunities and overcoming challenges.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

- Work with cooperative teams who value fresh ideas and hard work.
- Be part of exciting projects that keep you on your toes.
