Thomson Rogers is currently seeking an Intermediate Law Clerk to join its thriving Personal Injury Litigation team.Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Managing files from intake through trialDrafting court documents including correspondences, pleadings, motion materials, affidavit of documents, undertakings, and various other court and tribunal documentsReviewing transcripts and managing undertakings chartsBuilding and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, adjusters, and treatment providers during all stages of a fileAssisting clients with the completion and submission of Accident Benefit (AB) FormsPreparing and filing LAT ApplicationsCompleting billings for dockets, and processing clients and lawyers’ out of pocket expensesOrganizing and diarizing important limitations and deadlinesCoordinating the issuance, service, and filing of court and tribunal documentsScheduling mediations, appointments, discoveries,
