We're looking for our next Supervisor, Income. Could It Be You? The Supervisor, Income works collaboratively within the management group to coordinate the activities of our Analysts and successfully meet the needs of the business. You will monitor service quality to ensure service levels are consistently achieved, resolving issues efficiently and effectively, and you will collect, interpret, and report on metrics. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the income functions and mitigate market risk by ensuring deadline integrity, acting as the final point of escalation for complex queries.

Keep reading… In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Applying strong knowledge of dividends, distributions, interest, and entitlement payments, along with their tax, trade, and settlement implications Actively monitoring the team's timely and accurate processing of dividend and distribution payments, including event set-up, announcement review, and the processing of various distribution events (spin-offs, optional stock dividend elections, rights distributions, stock splits, foreign elections, and DRIPs), as well as reconciling, monitoring, and posting entitlements to client accounts Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation Liaising with external vendors as required, and maintaining productive relationships with third-party service providers including Broadridge,
