Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Catering Manager in planning and executing all aspects of catering events.
- Supervise and manage event staff during service, ensuring adherence to service standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Handle client inquiries and requests during events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and maintaining service equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations during all events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a catering, hospitality, or event management role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of event operations and customer service principles.
