SOAR Community Services is seeking a Part time Withdrawal Management Worker in Brantford, Ontario. You will join a collaborative team to support individuals withdrawing from alcohol and/or drugs, monitor symptoms, administer prescribed medications, and assist with service and discharge planning.
You will also lead psychoeducational groups, support safety and transition plans, and help maintain a clean, healthy facility environment while delivering brief, solution-focused interventions.
