What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced setting where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Housekeeper you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents’. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

How You’ll Succeed:

1. Receive assignments, gather materials,
   
   
   
   and transport supplies to work area.

   Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including:

   • Resident room cleaning as per assigned schedule.
   • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets.
   • Spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors.
   • Dusting and sanitizing furniture, shelves, and woodwork.
   • Emptying wastebaskets and rearranging furniture.
   • Daily cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, including floors, fixtures, and walls.

   Prepare rooms for new occupants, ensuring they are tour-ready at all times.

2. Ensure residents privacy is respected during cleaning duties.

Who You Are:

• You are compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work that supports seniors in living life fully
• You are detailed-oriented and have and have strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
