Responsibilities Support NA sugar and Dairy strategy development and implementation Analyze regional spend data and understand the business needs Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities Define the supplier negotiation strategy at the country and/or regional level Represent Raw Materials Procurement NA on projects for the Internal and External Network (EM) in regional projects Participate in workshops to provide market insights such as category profile, SKU, spend and use that information to drive cost improvement or business growth Collect consumer insights and market trends from suppliers and Spend Area leads to share with stakeholders Maintain close contact with the Procurement Innovation Team and R&D; to assess commercial and supply feasibility for new ideas Support the team in building a pipeline through Continuous Improvement ideas and help the Spend Area Category move ideas through I2M/Volt efficiently Support the Spend Area in project execution Qualifications & Experience Experience in Procurement Robust data analytics skills – ability to analyze and visualize large amounts of data Supply market analysis experience preferred Project management experience Negotiating,



influencing and building collaborative relationships Minimum 5 years of business experience, ideally within Procurement and/or Manufacturing Education & Certifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Travel & Work Schedule Travel: 10% to 15%. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Hybrid role. Salary and Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $93,300 to $CAD116,650 depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 10% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
