The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in metal stamping dies and press operations, along with strong mechanical aptitude. You will engage in building and repairing tooling, dies, and fixtures while working closely with engineering and production teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and repair tooling and dies
- Troubleshoot tooling issues to reduce downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on dies
- Inspect tooling for wear and recommend repairs
- Operate manual machine shop equipment Requirements:
- Valid Tool & Die Maker Certificate (430A)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of metal stamping
- Ability to read engineering drawings
