Director - Project & Development Services This is an important “client-facing” role that requires heightened situational awareness, diplomacy, sensitivity, and a solid business acumen. The Director PDS will be interacting directly with clients fully accountable for JLL’s performance in the delivery of project. This position will require the ability to exhibit independent judgment to proactively plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse team and workload in a fast-paced environment. implementing and maintaining specified project management processes.Proactively communicating with your client; maintaining project status and tracking reports.Detailed financial and schedule management and reporting.Utilizing a custom project management platform/technology.Leading project meetings: ensuring minutes are quickly distributed and properly filed.Proactively foreseeing and documenting project risks and risk mitigation plans.Actively troubleshooting, problem solving and tracking project performance indicators.Managing JLL’s financial performance per project.Mandatory Qualifications 10+ years of Professional Consulting experience as an Owner’s Representative Project ManagerLed major capital projects of $5 M+ from inception to completion without supervisionCross-sector experience delivering projects in Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Institutional, buildingsP&L knowledge and management experienceBusiness development skills with proven track record of securing revenueMarket presence and an established and reputable personal brandDemonstrated people management skills with high retentionInspirational leadership approach with the proven ability to mentor and coachDemonstrated client relationship management skillsStrong analytical skills and solution developmentOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExpert verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to drive consistency in a team or on a projectComputer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe and Microsoft ProjectScheduling, estimating, cost control experienceAbility to excel in a rapid-paced and demanding environmentPublic sector infrastructure project experience (healthcare, education, government)Corporate Office Tenant Improvements project experienceAbility to travel as needed in Western CanadaPreferred Attributes Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Planning, Engineering, and/or Construction ScienceProject Management Professional (PMP) designationLEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or other recognized designation in SustainabilityLease and real estate transaction negotiation knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
