As part of the Finance team, this person will be responsible for managing and optimizing accounts receivable for key national accounts, providing analytical insights to support business decisions, and reporting to the AR Manager. Duties and Responsibilities Manage AR portfolio and collection activities for assigned national customers,
including key retailers and distributors across Canada Analyze AR aging trends and collection metrics, identify root causes of overdue items, develop actionable strategies to reduce DSO, and provide regular reports to management on portfolio health and performance Investigate, validate, and resolve complex customer deductions and disputes, including promotional rebates, pricing discrepancies, returns, shortages, shipping penalties, and other customer claims; Coordinate cross-functionally to identify and resolve long-term AR issues, implement sustainable solutions, and prevent recurrence Perform regular customer
