We are looking for candidates with a finance and accounting background who are skilled in Excel and experienced in fixed asset accounting. Collaborating with operators and the accounting team, you will conduct analyses and prepare essential financial reports that aid leadership in decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect data on leases and other leaseholds
- Participate in period-end close procedures
- Prepare variance reports and reporting packages
- Conduct performance metrics analysis
- Assist in P&L; analysis and budgeting Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CFA preferred
- 3+ years of finance/accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting
- Robust analytical and communication skills
