or equivalent experience and training; CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset3–5 years of Human Resources experience in a unionized environmentExperience supporting recruitment and selection, talent management, grievance hearings, negotiations, accommodation, and HR process developmentMinimum 3 years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (preferably ADP), HRIS systems, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Knowledge of legislation governing federally regulated employees, including the Human Rights Act, Canada Labour Code, Employment Equity Act, and Accessibility ActBilingual proficiency in English and French (CCC level – reading, writing, and oral)Strong initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work under pressureAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaborativelyHigh level of discretion and confidentialityMust meet bilingual requirements to be invited to the interview processInterested in this position?
