Role Description The Financial Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in North York, ON. The individual in this role supports advisors by preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, assisting with portfolio analysis, and maintaining accurate client records. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and interpreting financial data, coordinating documentation for client meetings, and contributing to the preparation of presentations and reports.

Associate also helps respond to client inquiries, collaborates with team members to ensure timely service delivery,



and adheres to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in finance, including experience working with financial statements and financial reporting.
- Well-developed analytical skills to interpret financial data and support investment and wealth management decisions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly in writing and in conversation.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced advisory environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and financial tools; experience with wealth management or banking systems is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; progress toward a professional designation (e.g., CFA, CFP, CPA) is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical standards, client confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory support is preferred.
