Duties

- Supervise and coordinate all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Manage the implementation and utilization of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or other relevant platforms to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and ensure organizational compliance at all times.
- Lead audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth review processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role with strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA are preferred but not mandatory.
