This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on ensuring site safety, compliance,



and hazard mitigation.You will work closely with project teams, project owners and sub-contractors to maintain a safe and compliant work environment while promoting a strong safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections, identify hazards, and provide actionable reportsSupport implementation of health and safety programs on siteLead worker safety orientations and verify training complianceCollaborate with site supervisors and contractors to mitigate risksParticipate in project meetings and provide safety recommendationsAssist with incident investigations and reportingLiaise with regulatory bodies when requiredQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of construction safety experienceStrong knowledge of Ontario OHSA and Construction Regulations (O.
