Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flux Core Welder( 2G, 3G, 4G) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise flux core welding techniques to assemble and fabricate metal components, ensuring the highest quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the production of durable, reliable structures and equipment.

Duties

- Perform flux core welding (FCAW) on various metal parts and assemblies following detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and schematics to accurately execute welds according to specifications.
- Utilize MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting techniques to prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble components.
- Conduct rigging and mechanical setup for welding operations, including the use of cranes and forklifts for material handling.
- Inspect completed welds using calipers, hand tools, and visual checks to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to ductwork fabrication,



construction tasks, and welding practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in flux core (FCAW), MIG within a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with rigging procedures, crane operation, forklift handling, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of machining processes, calipers for measurements, plasma cutting equipment, and press brake machines.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Experience with assembly processes involving ductwork or structural components is preferred.
- Ability to work safely while handling welding equipment and heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
