- Recruiting,

interviewing, recruiting and training staff.



- Manage the work schedule of staff.



- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to determine if proper sanitation and hygiene standards are being maintained.



- Monitor the preparation, presentation and storage of food to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.



- Check out the customers to learn about the quality of the food and service.



- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other essentials are properly stocked.



- Monitor cash flow and pay outstanding bills.



- Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.



- Handle customer complaints professionally.





Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.



- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is an advantage.



- Proven experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.



- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.



- Ability to stand for long periods of time.



- Solid management skills.



- Excellent organizational skills.



- Ability to communicate effectively.



- Outstanding customer service skills
