- Develop and maintain the IS Infrastructure Roadmap
- Manage a portfolio of IS Infrastructure projects
- Provide advanced technical support to current systems
- Troubleshoot and respond to support calls and outages
- Set-up, deliver, and manage network equipment Requirements:
- 2-year diploma in Computer or Electronics Technology
- 8 years of related work experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Ansible and Linux RedHat Patching
