Manages logistics, inventory, and transportation processes to optimize distribution performance.



Ensures compliance with safety standards and improves operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesManages day to day operations of the distribution team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while aligning with overall departmental goals.Leads the distribution team by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring the team meets production and distribution targets.Coordinates with other departments and supervisors to align distribution activities with production schedules and inventory management requirements.Evaluates performance of team members, providing coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to ensure continued growth and efficiency.Implements and enforces safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Develops workflow processes and strategies that optimize distribution activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.Coaches less experienced staff,
