We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile, Business Analysis, and Dev Ops experience to support an enterprise IT setting.Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.Strong experience with Scrum methodology, backlog management, user stories, and Product Owner collaboration.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong Business Analysis skills including requirements gathering, process modeling, BPMN, gap analysis, and process documentation.Experience working with Dev Ops teams, bridging development and operations in a technical environment.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Experience tracking Agile metrics such as Velocity and Burndown to improve team performance.CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field required; Toronto-based candidates able to work 5 days onsite preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
