Under the supervision of the Front Desk Manager, the ideal candidate has a natural talent for hospitality and is driven by guest satisfaction. Detail-oriented by nature, they possess strong analytical skills that enable them to ensure the property's financial accuracy and integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet guests warmly and professionally;

- Manage the administrative and service aspects of guest arrivals and departures;

- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and securely enter confidential credit card information into the property management system;

- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments based on guest needs;

- Follow up on guest requests promptly and efficiently;

- Provide information about local attractions and regional activities in collaboration with the property's concierge team;

- Work closely with the entire Front Desk team to identify and exceed guest expectations;

- Respond to all inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism;

- Demonstrate discretion and maintain the confidentiality of guest information at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma or training in Hospitality Management, considered an asset;

- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience;





- Knowledge of a hotel property management system (Opera Cloud is considered an asset);

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

- Knowledge of the local area and nearby tourist attractions;

- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;

- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment;

- Creative and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving;

- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends;

- Skilled appearance and presentation;

- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
