OverviewWe are seeking a skilled B Pressure Welder, an Apprentice Welder, and a Shop Hand to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an opportunity to develop welding expertise while supporting various shop operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with welding techniques, and experience with manufacturing and construction environments. All roles are paid positions, providing valuable hands‑on experience in a dynamic setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, and STICK welding on various metal components, including piping and structural elements.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.Operate and maintain shop tools such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.Assist with rigging, lifting, and positioning materials using cranes or forklifts to facilitate fabrication processes.Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.Support assembly of components according to schematics and specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



adhering to safety protocols at all times.Assist in the setup and operation of machinery involved in manufacturing processes.RequirementsPrior experience or familiarity with MIG welding, TIG welding, STICK welding, plasma cutting, and blueprint reading is preferred; however, trainingwill be provided for apprentices.Mechanical knowledge related to machining, assembly, ductwork fabrication, and construction is advantageous.Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment safely.Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.Knowledge of schematics and technical drawings is beneficial.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within the welding and manufacturing industries while contributing to high‑quality project completion.Pay: $15.76–$45.00 per hourWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
