Theincumbent assists in identifying and recommending improvements to departmentpolicies and procedures.RESPONSIBILITIES:Assistwith troubleshooting grain issues to ensure smooth and productive operationsCreatetickets for truck shipments, send advisements to carriers and suppliersAssistwith the coordination of truck movement to maintain adequate grain inventorylevels and ensure consistent grain qualityCreatepurchase orders to allocate freight for truck and grain shipmentsEnsureall shipments are completed accurately and review documents from accountspayable for processingAssignsloads to appropriate grain contractsCreateand maintain delivery schedules for truck deliveries for the grain departmentLiaisewith internal and external customers and carriers, delivering excellentcustomer serviceAssistwith the daily reconciliation of the Company's grain positionAssistswith byproduct inventory tracking and updating the byproducts schedule asrequiredAssistsand recommends improvements in department policies and proceduresEnsurethat all the by-products,
