Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work. The Role We're looking for a Marketing Developer to join our Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team. This is a 18-month fixed term contract position. This is a highly technical role that sits at the intersection of marketing, development, and data. You'll be the technical anchor for our multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs, building sophisticated automation systems, creating interactive email, in-app and web experiences, and ensuring our marketing technology stack runs smoothly. As our Marketing Developer, you'll work closely with marketers,



designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions. You'll be the subject matter expert on our marketing automation platform (Braze) and push the boundaries of what's possible in lifecycle marketing. What You'll Do Development & Design Create and maintain our email templates and email design system Build interactive email experiences, including dropdowns, carousels, and AMP for email Code advanced techniques like background images, device targeting, and dark mode support Provide development guidance and support to the Lifecycle Marketing team for email and in-app message builds Stay current on industry changes and email client support updates Act as SME on email and in-app message feasibility, scope creative designs, and explain channel nuances Troubleshoot and resolve complex email, in-app and web template issues Marketing Automation & Platform Operations Design and build complex, multi-channel automation journeys in Braze Manage platform administration, including roles, users, and
