Product Foundation: Identity, communication, search and Pantry, including the Integrations Marketplace, Global Search and the Pantry Design System. Improve the speed, safety and reliability of how we build, test and ship software.

Treat internal engineers as your customers: gather feedback, measure adoption and iterate. Ship features end to end, from planning through production. Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break.

Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You'll land on a team of 5 to 10 people and take on-call rotation as part of the role.



We don't have a minimum in-office mandate, but we prefer our teams to be located around our office hubs. 5+ years of skilled experience building full-stack web or mobile products. ~ Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js. ~ A track record of writing maintainable, testable code you're comfortable handing off to someone else. ~ Strong written and verbal communication: you can explain a technical tradeoff to a designer or a support lead as easily as to another developer. ~ Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow, not just occasional experimentation. ~ GraphQL, React Native, or SQL database experience.

Experience with search technology, authentication and identity, design systems or component libraries, developer tooling or IDE extensions, CI/CD, observability, or compliance programs such as FedRAMP or SOC 2. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity.
