We’re building the next generation of B2B go-to-market infrastructure, and outbound plays a critical role in that growth. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, ownership, and scalability to our accounting processes while helping leadership maintain strong financial visibility as the company grows. This role exists because we need a dedicated owner for day-to-day accounting operations - someone who can keep the fundamentals running smoothly while also helping us build better systems, processes, and financial discipline for the next stage of growth.

You’ll be joining at a stage where your work will directly shape how the finance function evolves over time. Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, expense management, and month-end close Own invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and cash tracking Coordinate payroll-related accounting and employee reimbursements Partner with external accountants on taxes, audits, and compliance filings Improve accounting workflows, internal controls,



and operational processes Assist with procurement, software/vendor tracking, and operational finance projects Help build scalable finance processes as the company grows 4+ years of accounting experience in a software company ~ Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close ~ Comfortable handling AP/AR, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting ~ Experience with accounting and finance systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, Salesforce, and similar business platforms ~ CPA designation (or in progress) is a plus ~ CAD $80K – $100K/year, depending on experience, market location, and overall fit for the role.
