This role involves working collaboratively with other Bakers and managers to uphold the quality of our products. You'll be trained across various stations, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn all aspects of our bakery operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Baking Team to ensure timely delivery
- Uphold safety and quality standards of COBS Bread
- Cross-train in designated areas: Bowl, Bench, or Ovens
- Assist with stock rotation to maintain freshness
- Deliver outstanding customer service during bakery hours Requirements:
- Previous baking experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to work weekends and statutory holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25kg waist high
- Own transportation necessary for early morning shifts
